I am a seeker of truth and lover of nature and what it provides to nurture us as humans. A Dietitian by trade with many years of experience as a cook. My curiosity for food opened the doors to a mirage of cultures, flavors and ingredients from around the globe, allowing me to become culturally competent about how cultures nourish themselves. I am currently holding the title as a Patient Nutrition Manager at a local hospital, serving the community in which I live. My dream is to live in a environment in where we all have access to food and knowledge to make choices that are of benefit for our bodies. ⁠
