Artists and grassroots organizers are often the heart of community strength and creativity, addressing pressing social and cultural needs through their work. Yet, many face systemic barriers to accessing the resources, infrastructure, and networks they need to succeed. We Still Move recognizes the challenges faced by individuals from Black, Indigenous, and communities of color, as well as gender-expansive and 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals. Our fiscal sponsorship program is built to break down these barriers by offering support where it is most needed.
Why We Support Artists and Communities
At We Still Move (WSM), we believe in the transformative power of community-driven initiatives. Our Fiscal Sponsorship Program is designed to empower artists, healers, and grassroots organizers to bring their visions to life. By providing access to our nonprofit status, financial management systems, and guidance, we aim to support individuals and groups whose work aligns with our mission to foster well-being, resilience, and joy through movement and healing arts.
